The venue was unique, I appreciated the stay and the location was brilliant right by river and all the visitor attractions and the centre of Tewkesbury. Although some of the stuff where poor, I had a great stay.

Speedy check-in, soft beds and generally nice service. The staff were fast and personable as well, can't wait to go back. Cool location, 5 minutes' walk to tewkesbury abbey. Free hot juices, beers and gins in the main bar, ample parking place.

The place was spotless and staff were best, I enjoyed prime location. Food was brilliant with plenty of alternatives. Location really close to the river to the back of the property as well as eateries.

We liked the full English breakfast and the terrific staff. Splendid view of sea. It was a very special stay, you could leave a car outside. Healthy drinks, fine wifi were a nice surprise. Lovely quiet hotel centrally located in the city.

Loved this place, it was superior. Give kudos to receptionist. Superior queen room is large and has a heating system, a multi-channel TV and a seating area. They have a downstairs bar.
The breakfast we ordered was very disappointing.

The staff was awesome! Really close to the hotel you can see beautiful tourist places like Tewkesbury Museum. Positioned 15 km from the airport. You can eat at Turquaz, which is set 200 metres away from the property.
